Then again, it's not every day the President releases an advertisement starring an NFL player. The campaignreleased an ad Sunday led by New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz appealing to Latino voters.
"Being half Latino, it's been a long time since we've actually had a voice like this and had someone that really cares about the Latin community," Cruz said via the New York Daily News. "And we need to go out there and let our voices be heard."
We're not experts, but apparently Obama-Mitt Romney is the political equivalent to New York Jets-Giants. After all, Jets owner Woody Johnson said he'd prefer a Romney victory over a winning year for his football team.
