NATO is sending a “contact point” to Libya’s eastern rebel bastion to improve communication between NATO and the rebels fighting Mr. Gaddafi.
The civil “contact point” will help ease opposition to the Transitional National Council for those who support Mr. Gaddafi.
“Will Mr. Gaddafi be gone by tomorrow?” John Glaberson, a professor of international affairs from the University of San Francisco, told Politically Illustrated. “No, but the West will win eventually. It will take sometime and some money.”
