Allen Greenfield  -  Assad is as bad as his father. Does he realize he is the last of the old quasi-secular Arab Nationalists that hasn't been overthrown. I expect any day he'll follow the old Czarist tactic and blame the Jews.

Syria says armed terrorist groups in the country have been receiving weapons from supporters in Lebanon and other states along the Syrian border.
