5:36 PM - PublicS&P's report and #creditrating might create problems for India to secure loans but nothing or nobody can stop the country from begging, worldwide. So, we must admit that #India's #EconomicPolicy is robust... based on the fact that beggars can't be choosers but they can definitely be leaders.
