Ousted Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi was not part of the convoy of vehicles that crossed into Niger from Libya on Monday, Al Arabiya television reported.  Arabiya cited Niger's Foreign Minister Bazoum Mohamed, although no interview was aired. (Reuters)
