#notoptimal Obama's Daily Show shocker: 'If 4 Americans get killed, it's not optimal'

Even in the context of a comedy show (or more accurately, especially in the context of a comedy show), I can't believe our President called the killing of Americans "not optimal."  People will jump all over this one.

He didn't. The quote has been taken out of context -- naturally.

So he responds to Stewart in Stewart's idiom. This is strikingly similar to the grumbling we heard when recordings of Mr. Obama addressing an audience of black religious leaders surfaced in which he spoke with "an accent."

Obama is always "taken out of context". That's one of his "standing heads". Had he responded in Stewart's idiom, he'd have said "not f'n optimal". Lots of folks thought Obama's address to students & some religious "leaders" including his own "GD America" "pastor" had something of that "negro dialect" Harry Reid once spoke of. Sure sounded southern.
