Puppy Bowl IX: The options don't come any cuter than this. While brothers John and Jim Harbaugh's teams are facing off in the 2013 Super Bowl, eight sets of siblings will be dogging each other in this edition of the popular annual competition on Animal Planet, starting at 3 p.m. Adding to the adorableness: A 21-kitten halftime show and, for the first time, hedgehog cheerleaders!
The Walking Dead Marathon: In preparation for the return of the bloody-good drama on February 10, revisit season one, which will be aired in its entirety, starting at 3 p.m. on AMC. (The network unspools marathons of seasons two and three the following Saturday.) Because you can never have enough zombie brains.
Classic Sitcom Marathons: If you're looking for laughs and a dash of nostalgia, cable is the place for you. TV Land will run blocks of both Roseanne (6 a.m.-noon; 5-9 p.m.) and The Cosby Show (2-5 p.m.), while MTV2 has a Saved by the Bell marathon (6-10 p.m.) on tap and Hallmark is serving up The Golden Girls (9 a.m.-3 a.m.).
