Metrotvnews.com, Benghazi: Libya's National Council, based in the eastern part of the country controlled by demonstrators on Saturday (5 / 3) yesterday, forming a "crisis committee" with three members to deal with military issues and foreign.The board also said they would keep the uprising against the government Moamar Khaddafi, but insists it is not a caretaker government. They also wanted to move the headquarters from the city of Benghazi in eastern Libya to Tripoli, although the capital is still controlled by troops Khaddafi. The council's repeated demand for foreign air strikes to help repel a man who has ruled for 41 years and has used warplanes and helicopters against demonstrators. They hire mercenaries accused Khaddafi Africa. Professor of political science Fathi Steel, February 17 members of the rebel coalition based in Benghazi explained, "The committee will raise people's expectations because they chose a name that is very strong.
