Air strikes hit Libyan capital:resident

TRIPOLI, April 7 (Reuters) - A resident of the Libyan capital said on Thursday he saw an aircraft in the sky over the city, then heard two explosions.

"There was a plane flying around in the sky, then there were two explosions ... the second one was strong," said the resident, who was watching from the roof of his building. He said the explosions happened at about 11:30 a.m. (0930 GMT) (Writing by Christian Lowe; Editing by Ralph Boulton)
