NTC, Britian and France have all said they will let the Gaddafi family stay in Libya with an immidiate resignation.. The Un Envoy, and the NTC where joined by a couple council members from Zinten Monday. Khatib from Jordan hints that there might be a simultaneous ceasefire, and plan for resignation in the works. Making things difficult is that the world court in The Hague is seeking his arrest Gaddafi. AJE is saying Libyan lawyers are building a case against Gaddafi ocuments show Gforces were told to starve the people of the city and target mosques, ootage of security forces shelling a minaret appears to corroborate that evidence.

Pre-dawn attack on Monday demolished a health clinic. Britain said its warplanes hit four buildings on Saturday. Zlitan about a week ago was large pro-Gadhafi rally in s main square. waved green flags, fired guns in the air, and fervently pledged their loyalty. But the scene was dramatically different Monday, as fire trucks and ambulances regularly raced through the city’s largely deserted streets. Many shops appeared to be closed, and the ominous rumble of warplanes could be heard overhead periodically. Misrata FFs say they have pushed closer to Zlitan, But the front near Zlitan was relatively quiet on Monday.

NATO planes continue to hit Gaddafi's forces striking twice in central Tripoli on Monday, and hitting Gaddafi HQ x2 on Sunday and x4-7 on Saturday moening, NTC and Britain has said there would be no let-up during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan in August
