7:40pm Saif has been seen at Rixos, Matthew saw him in the lobby. The oldest son was supposed to have been captured by the rebels, and it was confirmed, but in last 10 minutes, a white armoured land cruiser came up, Matthew knocked on window, Saif opened dooe turned on the lights and it was indeed Saif. Matthew took video. He said that the whole family is in tripoli, and it was a trick to get FFs into the city. Saif said the whle family was in the city.
Matthew says they FF are definately not in charge of this part of the city. quite definately not in control of the hotel. Hard to infer from what Saif has said, but what Saif was saying, was that the backbone of the rebels had been broken. The oldest son of Gaddafi was in very defiant mood and definately a free man.
