Russia says the regime change in Tripoli must open the way to cross-spectrum reconstruction talks that will lead to an independent, democratic, single and peaceful Libya

In a statement from its Foreign Ministry Monday, Russia says the regime change in Tripoli must open the way to cross-spectrum reconstruction talks that will lead to an independent, democratic, single and peaceful Libya. It also says all world powers should learn a lesson from the Libyan conflict, namely, that all internecine strives must be addressed with restraint and in strict compliance with appropriate resolutions of the United Nations.
