Good news on Shweyga Mullah, the terribly burned Ethiopian nanny who formerly worked for Hannibal Gaddafi and his wife looking after their children.
As Tripoli fell in August and the Gaddafis fled, CNN reporters were led to one of Hannibal Gaddafi’s luxury homes where they found Shweyga Mullah cowering in agony on a mattress on the floor.

Shweyga was covered with first degree burns and superating wounds over much of her body which she says were caused by Hannibal’s wife Aline Skaf pouring boiling water over her head because she refused to beat the Gaddafi’s child when it kept crying.
Shweyga says that this happened twice.
Thanks to CNN reporter Dan Rivers, who first broke the story, and others, Shweyga was flown to Malta where she has been receiving extensive treatment.
