Free Agent Report: Cowboys sign former Chiefs CB Brandon Carr to 5 year deal. Our secondary is on the up and up. In addition, after Jon Kitna's retirement, the Cowboys have signed former Chiefs QB Kyle Orton to a 3 year deal. The Cowboys have stated that Orton will not be starting. But, do you think he should?
