Dan mentioned that we might see petroglyphs at one point on our trip. He was right! Aside from seeing them in museums, I don’t believe I’d ever run across them before. These were right off of Highway 24 in Capitol Reef National Park. I find it amazing to be seeing something like this and pondering just who did them and why.
