North Korea prepares for Orbital Launch Attempt:
North Korea is preparing for the Country’s third attempt to succeed at launching a satellite into Orbit. North Korean Officials announced that the Launch would take place between April 12 and 16, 2012. After the announcement was made public, several nations, including the US, South Korea and Japan, condemned the launch and characterized it as a violation of United Nations Resolutions.

Jürgen Hubert - The North Korean regime can only survive if it can convince other nations that it is crazy enough to do anything if its demands are not met. This is more of the same.
