Amazing art by Monica Fernandez
What struck me immediately were the beautiful but sad eyes of the depicted women. They have an incredible look. Beautiful!

Harmoniously involved in art since childhood, she has been self-taught,most of her life. With the hunger to express herself in better ways, she began her career in Lorenzo de ‘Medici Academy in Florence, Italy in 1999, studying techniques of oil painting, china ink, mixed media, nude, drawing, and watercolor.

10:11 AM (edited) - PublicOne of the most amazing women of her time. There is no doubt she was way better than any of her Chinese contemporaries, including her moronic gangster husband. Unfortunately it did not work out for her or for China. Why?
The problem for Chinese is they don't want to be saved, because they don't want to change. Deep down every Chinese wants to be his or her little emperor and couldn't care less about other people's sufferings. Madame Chiang failed to change China because she couldn't even change herself.
