What do you suppose the true intention behind this bill is? Could it be that sites like Twitter have been used to coordinate everything from Occupy Wall Street protests to the overthrowing of Gaddafi in Libya, and the bill would allow authorities to identify the people behind these movements? Or are they really just concerned about cyber-bullying?
