Congress and the administration are going to clash again this summer - as the President is "expected" (he will) request a debt limit increase.

Let's not forget the 2011 government shutdown crisis. What sounds a bit silly though is that the administration is constantly applauding the President's $2 trillion spending cuts - yet in just a few months he'll formally request moremoney. Something just doesn't add up, right?

On the other hand, kudos to both parties for coming to the table early - y'know, before the federal government stops cutting checks...
