S.Korea, I am disappoint...but for some reason, I expected such from their slowly failing republic into a dictatorship of the interwebs. They're just as manipulated as Americans, seeing all the men were in mandatory brainwashing training in the military. They have no "Anonymous", it's illegal to be "Anonymous" in S.Korea. They even shut down their online gaming servers at midnight and then turning back on at 6AM. I also remember that S.Korea once revealed the information of many people who didn't pay their taxes on their government websites to let them be vulnerable to identity theft.

That might explain their rank as #3 in this.

Every government(well...not sure about Hong Kong)on this world is manipulated by taking advantage of their cultural values on purpose.
