BLOODY BLOODY STUPID HELL!

Really? Are you serious? First the idiocy about the Galaxy Tab 10.1, the lighter, thinner, differently textured and decorated tablet getting banned - now this?

IT'S GOT A DAMNED CURVED GLASS SCREEN! What idiot in their right mind could confuse a flat, all-glass iPhone with a curved Galaxy Nexus?

This judge has no appreciation for patent law, apparently. That whole 'obvious' thing really not doing the trick to convince her that the patents are invalid...
