You may know that the movie Rock of Ages is out in theaters tomorrow, but you may NOT know that our very own +Chris Hardwick starred in the original Rock of Ages production when it ran in Los Angeles. Yep! Check out the video below if you don't believe us.

BETTER THAN TOM CRUISE??! Chris Hardwick is the ORIGINAL Stacee Jaxx in Rock of Ages!

Ok, I'm probably not better than Tom Cruise. I played Stacee Jaxx in the original Rock of Ages production, which ran in Los Angeles in 2005 and 2006. So here's a video that was shot at one of those performances. The sound's not great, and it's only one camera. Because of commitments at G4 and Nickelodeon, I wasn't able to go New York to appear on Broadway, but it was super fun and basically million dollar karaoke. I'll never forget the two years I got to pretend I was an asshole rock star. Side note: No Actual Girls Were Violated in the Making of this Production.
