Ya many people know not their Power the Power of Unity, but the problem of those people is, some don't know, some don't want to know, some knows but Hasting or afraid, some of them Losers etc even when ever someone try to show them right way, their mind becomes Doubtful.....!

Maybe people do realise their own power and that's part of the problem these days with countries being split down the centre on large issues. Everyone's too busy looking after their own interests to see the big picture.

If you think you are the one in charge think of what would happen if everyone called in sick on the same day, same week, how about a month. Your company is only as good as it's employees. Treat them fairly and generously, it will reap more dividends then the whip every time.
