The maniacal tyrant currently known as POTUS didn't start ISIS but he has done everything he can to make sure it flourishes. He did the very worst thing that he could do which was to do virtually nothing to stop their rise in power. I do believe he may be one of them, or at least one of their greatest supporters.

The Donald Trump campaign unleashed a strike of its own against President Obama’s feckless foreign policy on Monday with a short video that puts the blame for the rise of the Islamic State group squarely on the president who once called it a “JV team.”
The video makes use of President Barack Obama’s own mugging before the camera in an interview he did with the website Buzzfeed, in which he demeaned himself as well as the office he holds by showing the leader of the Free World making faces in a mirror, taking pictures of himself with a selfie stick, and in general behaving more like a teenager than a man elected twice to the presidency of the United States.
Interspersed with those images of the president mocking himself and his constituents, the Trump video shows deadly serious images of Islamic State group leaders threatening the United States, scenes of Islamic State group fighters conducting exercises in the desert and — most ominously — what appears to be a quick flash from the Paris attacks of Nov. 13, highlighting the price civilians will pay for carelessness at the highest levels of government.
The Trump video includes a reminder of how Obama once dismissed the Islamic State group as “a bunch of killers, with good social media” — as opposed to a mortal enemy of Western values.
The Trump video also makes wise use of a joke that appeared in that Buzzfeed interview that showed Obama’s critics blaming the ordinary problems of life on the presidency, with the tag line “thanks, Obama.”
As civilians die in the streets of a major Western, as Russian airliners are exploded by murderous the Trump ad makes clear that the juvenile mugging president who let the cancer of the Islamic State group grow on his watch will share the blame.
“Thanks, Obama,” the ad concludes in Obama’s own voice, before ending with the Trump campaign slogan:
“TRUMP Make America great again.”
No matter who you’re favoring in the Republican presidential race, the video has power all its own.
