Rep. Nancy Pelosi said that impeachment shouldn’t be on the table because it wasn’t good for the country so this tune is very different.

Nancy Pelosi says it may be possible to indict President Trump while he’s in office, and that Justice Department guidelines arguing against indictments of a sitting president are not “conclusive.”

“I do not think that [guidance] is conclusive. No, I do not,” Pelosi told NBC in an interview that aired Thursday morning.

“I think that is an open discussion in terms of the law,” Pelosi said when asked if special counsel Robert Mueller could indict President Trump while he was still serving as president.
