Some rebels in Libya say they are closer to Tripoli now than they have ever been before They're nestled in the hills outside the town of Bir al-Ghanam. That's about 100 kilometers away from the capital. CNN's Ben Wedeman is in the western mountains of Libya-- About 70 kilometers from the town.He has this report.
