News Bits: Washington welcomes new Libyan ambassador

On Friday, the United States accredited Libya's new ambassador, Ali Suleiman Aujali. In having his credentials accepted, Ambassador Aujali becomes one of the first Libyan diplomats to be fully credentialed since the the regime's fall.
