Tripoli has gone through a radical change in the past two weeks, and in just the last few days signs of normal civilian life have returned throught the city as people begin to feel safe and secure again. Shops have opened, the festival of Eid which marks the end of Ramadan was celebrated in the streets, and families with women and children toured houses of Gaddafi members like they were a sort of amusment park.
