The San Francisco 49ers made a big splash with cornerback Carlos Rogers, who they got on a one-year contract in 2011, only to see him have a career year with one of the NFL's best defenses. On Tuesday night, Rogers re-upped with a four-year, $29.3 million deal with another $4 million available in incentives.
