Before Stonehenge in the UK or the great pyramids in Egypt, Newgrange in Southern Ireland was built.
I had the privelidge of carrying out an archaeological survey for the new visitors centre over there back in the mid 1990's and it is a truly wonderful place, if you are ever in Ireland it is well worth a visit.

As the summer's approaching fast and strong, nothing's nicer than a refreshing, simple, healthy snack!
World famous Italian Mozzarella is one of the best ingredients to do just that.. You can have it whichever way you like;
- Fit the cherry... sized mozzarella on skewers along with cherry tomatoes & basil leaves,
- Or cut the bigger sized Mozzarella into slices, drizzle a little olive oil, and top with tomato slices,
- You can even pop mozzarella slices onto olive-oil-coated bread slices into the oven for delicious Mozzarella Munchies!
