Perfection is hard to obtain. It's even harder to do in Major League Baseball. Talking about Chicago's Phillip Hunmber's perfect game over at the page I maintain at+Sports Conversations . Check it out and circle it if you are like me and love talking about sports.

Perfect!

Chicago's Philip Humber threw a perfect game this afternoon against the Seattle Mariners. 27 batters up. 27 batter down. It's only the twenty-first perfect game ever thrown in MLB. Think about that for a second. MLB has been around for a long time and there has only happened 27 times.

This is one of those accomplishments that takes a lot of things happening just perfectly. Little bit of luck, a little bit of skill, and a whole lot of tension and stress. MLB baseball hitters are good. It's really hard to not only not allow a hit but have enough control to not walk a guy.

I think this has to be one of the most difficult things to do in professional sports. What do you think is the most difficult?
