Gold MacBook Pro

24-carat gold MacBook Pro, with diamond studded Apple logo. For Apple owners, there’s one consistent event that can make their shiny new device seem dull and boring: the replacement of their specific device with a new one from Apple. Now there’s a new Apple gadget on the block that literally makes every other Apple device look dull. A company called Computer Choppers has put together a Gold-plated MacBook Pro, with an appropriately diamond studded Apple logo. Yeah. Get ready to sell your house.

Im sorry to say Windows 8 is terrible. I have been running it here for a week now... As a windows user this hurts me to say that I dont see a good "next-gen" PC OS coming any time soon from any of the big players.  Im trying out Lion right now and it's decent, but nothing improving really.

The blurriness will probably be a non-issue in a month or so, once apps are updated. Safari is a decent browser, though slower than Chrome (my default). My main issue with Safari is that I'm used to typing search terms in the URL field, and when I forget I'm not using Chrome and do that with Safari, it plays dumb. Minor annoyance, but it feels like Apple sticking a thumb in my eye.

I'm sure Chrome on OS X will be upgraded soon.  I've never been a Safari fan to be honest, don't like the way it handles, or the UI.  It looks too grey, lack of Favicons in the bookmarks bar makes it unintuitive as well.
