2015 NFL Mock Draft: Eagles don't trade up, Jets land Mariota

Now that free agency is basically done -- at least for the top guys -- it's a lot easier to put together an NFL mock draft.
Spots have been filled, needs have been met, and it's time to turn the attention to the draft for most teams.
Nothing has changed my thinking on the top spot, and nothing will. Florida State's Jameis Winston will go first to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The key pick in my mock, and most others, will be the second choice. Are the Tennessee Titans really sold on Zach Mettenberger as their quarterback? If they are, they will almost certainly take USC defensive end Leonard Williams.
What that might mean for Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota is the big question of this draft. Philadelphia Eagles coach Chip Kelly said last week he isn't mortgaging his future to go up and get Mariota. Or is that just another in the long list of lies highlighting NFL Lie Season?
With less than two months to go, and the league meetings coming up next week, here's my latest mock.
1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State -- Look at the quarterbacks getting signed and traded around the league. Now you know why this is a lock.
2. Tennessee Titans: Leonard Williams, DT-DE, USC -- They signed two edge rushers, which means they can pass on one here and take the best player in the draft.
3. Jacksonville Jaguars: Dante Fowler, OLB-DE, Florida -- They signed a good defensive lineman and offensive lineman in free agency, so this would fill the one glaring need by getting an edge rusher.
4. Oakland Raiders: Randy Gregory, OLB-DE, Oakland Raiders -- Jack Del Rio is a defensive coach and they can pair him with Khalil Mack to give them two good pass rushers.
5. Washington Redskins: Vic Beasley, OLB, Clemson -- They lost Brian Orakpo to the Titans, so they get Beasley to fill that spot.
6. New York Jets: Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon -- I just don't think they believe in Geno Smith and we know Ryan Fitzpatrick isn't the answer.

7. Chicago Bears: Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama -- With Brandon Marshall gone, they can't pass up on the draft's best receiver.
8. Atlanta Falcons: Shane Ray, OLB, Missouri -- They signed a couple of pass rushers, but nobody to take them out of the market.
