English transcript:
Q. Hello, how are you?
A. Good thanks and you…

Q. What is happening in Misrata?
A. Today Gerdafi forces shelled an electricity supplier/power plant located in west Misrata.  There was shelling with 7 missiles about 45 min ago (roughly 10PM local time, Misrata). Also, Gaddafi forces used helicopters at the port.  It attacked the port area and injured 2 people.  It was one helicopter…

Q. How many attacks?
A. There was one attack with 2 people injured.  The injured were the witnesses, so we will have to wait to find out the specifics about the attack.   They attacked to prevent the port to receive aid ships from coming in and to stop evacuations.  This was to cause complete closure of all 4 sides of port.

Q. As far as helicopter, did NATO counter-attack?
A: I don’t know what the status of NATO, this attack was not expected.  This was the 1st incidence of its kind.  There was no way of being prepared.

Q. Gaddafi’s usage of a helicopter, this was very dangerous.   Did anyone warn you?
A: No.

Q. Were these attacks from GRAD missiles, all 7?
A: No, we don’t know exactly what type of artillery was used.  The bombardment on Kharouba, the electrical company, was extensive.  3 cars — 8 attacks.

Q. Aside from all of these attacks, we heard that Misrata in general was calm today. Correct?
A. Yes, the central part of Misrata was calm, for the first time people felt the taste of freedom.

Q: We hope this continues.
A: We hope so, but Gaddafi can’t be trusted.  Gaddafi forces also attacked the Dheiba area at the Tunisian border…

Q. We will try to confirm with the Western Mountains.  May God protect you, God willing…Goodbye
A: God willing, goodbye.
