Ingo Heinscher  -  Except that he only tells that because he wants you to vote for him. After being elected (which the voters may forbid, please!) he would sadly find out that there'd be no money for it.

Besides, with our current understanding of physics, space travel is pretty much pointless. Pump the money into the physics labs, that's where it is needed for Stern's true vision.
