Abdullah el-Senussi, the former military intelligence chief and brother-in-law of Qaddafi, was arrested in Mauritania on 17 March. The "Black-Box" is wanted for the brutal murder of 1200 people at Abu Salim prison in Tripoli in 1996 in addition to the torture and assassination of thousands of Libyans during the dictator's reign for which he is wanted by the ICC for crimes against humanity. STAT JUS! 17-11 #Senussi#Qaddafi #Libya #Justice #Abu_selim
