I tested D800E with the rest of my lenses I hadn't used yet. This shot was taken with 85mm f/1.4D. It is my favorite and most-used lens. I'm so happy to confirm that I can use it with D800E. I really love the detail of this shot.

Today is Showa-no-hi (Showa Day) in Japan. A day to celebrate the birthday of the former emperor Showa. It is the first national holiday during Golden Week and a time when a lot of people travel in Japan.
