I think the trial should remain in Libya. The people of Libya paid a heavy price to claim the country for liberty. It will take some time to reconcile between the Gadaffi loyals and the rest of the country. The best thing that the International Community can do now is lend education about how governments are set up and offer help establishing businesses and proper public education. If the International Tribunal wants to be involved they should send people to Libya to advise both the prosecutor and defense familiar with traditional Libyan law.

With elections just around the corner, Libya is struggling to get their government organized enough to pull off elections.
