h/t +Alan Lovejoy Great post! A BIG KUDOS to Judge Katherine Forrest for siding with the TRUTH! A Must read and Be Amaze of how the DOJ defend the#NDAA

Think about your children's FUTURE NOT yourself!!! #PartyMindedPeople

Excerpt from the article:

The Government was unable to define precisely what ”direct” or “substantial” “support” means. . . .Thus, an individual could run the risk of substantially supporting or directly supporting an associated force without even being aware that he or she was doing so.

The court also decisively rejected the argument that President Obama’s signing statement – expressing limits on how he intends to exercise the NDAA’s detention powers — solves any of these problems. That’s because, said the court, the signing statement “does not state that § 1021 of the NDAA will not be applied to otherwise-protected First Amendment speech nor does it give concrete definitions to the vague terms used in the statute.”

WOW! After all the Lies and Broken promises which you can see on these videos below: #TwinPartyDictatorship #EndTheLies

How can someone trust #Obama ? A BIG WOW! #HumanMindNOTPartyMind

3rd World Peeps of A 3 cents “Where TRUTH Matters because WE are all Human Beings.”

Scrutinize the candidates BEFORE/AFTER Election. Why? It’s because WE are a Human Being! IT’S PAYBACK TIME!!!

Please remember that out of 535 elected officials in Congress, there’s only a HANDFUL or LESS that’s been serving for the best interest of the majority of the people!!! How PITIFUL is that? IT’S PAYBACK TIME!!!
