Internet connectivity on some ISPs in Pakistan is affected due to a cut in under-the-sea fiber optic cable SEAMEWE4 near Alexandria, Egypt. Some of the affected ISPs include but not limited to PTCL, Nayatel, Nexlinx, etc.

You might be experiencing a lag in accessing Google properties but that is due to your ISP's back-haul connectivity issue. All Google services are stable and active as normal which can be verified via Google Transparency Report about Pakistan here: http://goo.gl/sEuad.
