#NDAA is trending worldwide on Google+ right now! And look at the homepage of the Huffington Post right now...
Now even hardcore Obama fans can't deny that HE is behind -- or at least thoroughly supportive of -- our move toward a police state:
- Signed NDAA into law on New Year's Eve, weirdly withdrawing his earlier veto threat.
- Has allowed the TSA to expand rapidly under his watch; now more than 65,000 employees, many undertrained and unethical... and they are expanding their unconstitutional grope-points & unsafe body scanners to train stations and highways.
That's not a liberal.

The court also decisively rejected the argument that President Obama’s signing statement – expressing limits on how he intends to exercise the NDAA’s detention powers — solves any of these problems. That’s because, said the court, the signing statement “does not state that § 1021 of the NDAA will not be applied to otherwise-protected First Amendment speech nor does it give concrete definitions to the vague terms used in the statute.”
