NATO wants to put missile in Eastern Europe. It says it is for Iran. Fine, says Russia, let's collaborate in this.
NATO didn't agree.
I understand that Russia thinks it is threatening. The message of Makarov is a classic of russian politics. Nothing really to worry except stupid stubbordness of NATO.
