Ayham Alkasir - I agree with you. Putin is holding the UN back from doing anything about Assad in Syria. If Russia changes its mind then China will just follow their lead. This is why the UN Security Council situation is so frustrating. Iran can't do anything to stop the UN if the major players (Russia and China) finally give up on Assad.
