Tunisian President Moncef Marzouki has refused to sign for the extradition of former Libyan Prime Minister Baghdadi Mahmoudi to Libya unless there are “guarantees” that Mahmoudi will receive a fair trial, reported Adnen Manser – spokesperson for the Tunisian presidency – to TAP on Tuesday.
