Sheena Monnin, who represented Pennsylvania in the Miss USA 2012 pageant on Sunday, is being sued by pageant owner Donald Trump after claiming that the whole thing was decided before the pageant even started. Monnin says another contestant had seen a list of the top five contestants before the pageant even kicked off, and told her who they would be. Miss Pennsylvania also resigned from the competition...
