The Public Sector Unions (mine included) demanded an exemption from Medicare Part O before agreeing to support it. I'm exempt, so are millions more in the political and organized labor classes. Only the proletariat will have to labor under this yoke. This is really not much different than the old Soviet system where the political class had their own lanes on the highways so they wouldn't have to mingle with the Hoi Polloi
