Here's the English translation:
This morning, I took a cab, the driver was man was from Syria. He looks at me and sees that I wear a red square . He smiles and says :
"You know miss, I'm from Syria. Syrians and Quebecers are similar people: proud people who stand for liberty and their history. I hear what some people are saying, that you complain for nothing, that it is way worst in Syria but I can tell you, miss, it is right to fight, it's right to fight BEFORE it's too late. I believe it is too late for my country, but if I have to, I will fight on your side for yours."
Thanks Mister Driver, you are a great man!

The murderous Arab dictators are the only thing standing in the way of a Muslim Brotherhood takeover of the region. Just look at Egypt. I don't know anything about the Quebec independence movement, but I doubt it has a lot in common with the Arab problems.
