No Fly zone Approve by Nato with a 10-4 vote
The Nato Secretary General, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, says time is running out to stop the Libyan leader, Muammar Gaddafi, from crushing the opposition in his country.
He said it was not too late to intervene, but much would depend on the United Nations Security Council, which is discussing a resolution on Libya.
The text, drawn up by France, Britain and Lebanon, calls for a no-fly zone over Libya. The United States said it would support an air exclusion zone and called on the Security Council to consider even stronger measures. But is it likely to happen and will it be too late?
