Wow i got a nice hard laugh out of these comments. I like reading the ignorance of people by calling it GNU/Linux. The technical definition of an operating system is the the interface between the hardware and the software, only the kernel does that and GNU development tools have nothing to do with that. RMS has you people fooled with marketing terms not technical terms.

I cant remember who said this first but calling Linux, GNU/Linux is like calling a Dodge a Mopar/Dodge because thier cars has a Mopar transmission. How about calling the UK, Rome/UK because the Romans set up the modern civilization that became the UK. Get the point? (Yes i know these examples may not be 100% accurate, but hey your playing loose with the terms of an operating system)
